Our family dog unfortunately became incontinent in the last few weeks of her life. Unfortunately, our synthetic Persian rugs took the hit. No amount of product bought from pets at home was able to shift the urea smell. We were very happy to find Phil at Service master. His work colleague described him as a perfectionist which was good to know and then he washed our rugs three times. We have been very happy with the result. No odour and rugs very noticeably cleaner. And at a realistic price. Happy to recommend!

Very efficient service from quote to delivery. Philip responded to my initial request at pace and was able to visit the property to quote within days. Chris arrived at the property on time and did a further inspection before setting up and starting the work. Upon returning to the property, we were pleasantly surprised at some of the old stains he had managed to remove and the overall clean was very impressive. Would recommend and will use again.

Our household had a living room rug which lived under our sofa keeping our feet warm . As a light grey ikea item its had many years of use and with spot cleans had finally got on our nerves as it looked unsightly and made the area seem drab and unwelcoming.
I called Servicemaster and spoke to Denise (nice lady) and got the quote to have this item cleaned from Philip.I had to provide images and measurements to get the estimate which was very reasonable in the circumstances ( I could not buy another rug at the price quoted to us ) we went ahead and dropped the rug off to speed up the service.
On picking up the completed cleaned rug it was wrapped for transport and revealing it at home , we were surprised at how bright the rug had become taking it back to its as new finish. I can only compliment Denise and Philip on being a excellent team and would recommend their service above any other.

I dropped our living room rug off to the office for a full clean. It looks like new! We had attempted to clean it ourselves over the years but couldn’t come anywhere near the standard of Phil and his team.
Phil was really helpful and communication was fantastic re providing a quote and discussing the clean at the beginning as well as arranging a last minute collection. Hopefully we’ll keep it looking nice for a good while but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Phil and the team again in future.

I called in ServiceMaster Clean when a broken pipe flooded 2 rooms in my flat, completely saturating 2 area rugs - the largest of which has HUGE sentimental value - a chair and 2 futher rugs onto which I'd dragged everything from the flooded rooms. I rang ServiceMaster Clean and Phil was here within 30 minutes, even though they'd already closed for the day. I have been so impressed with their entire handling of my situation. I am eternally grateful that they managed to save all my rugs and they all look just gorgeous, despite a slight colour bleed on one of the Kilim rugs. Even my inexpensive little chair looks better than new. I got everything back in just one week and all at a significantly lower cost than I expected, even with the emergency call-out. Outstanding quality and service. I highly recommend this company.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from ServiceMaster Clean - Kingston upon Thames. I recently managed to spill a sticky brown milkshake over a large part of my newly bought woollen rug. The stain was so bad that I didn't think it would be possible to fix it - I had tried everything! But Philip worked some magic on it and it is looking fantastic (see photos - it is difficult to capture on my camera how bad the original stain was). I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Philip - I will be using their service again for carpet and upholstery cleaning in future. Also, I should mention that Philip wore a mask when coming to collect and deliver the rug from my flat so I felt the service was very safe from a covid perspective. Thanks Philip and his team!

ServiceMaster (Kingston) came to clean my carpets a couple of weeks ago. Philip Wingfield arrived on time and was very professional and helpful - I also felt completely happy to leave him to get on with the job. My carpets were really badly stained in several places and I didn't really think he would be able to get all of the marks out so when I came back and saw that they looked like new i was delighted!! Philip Wingfield is an absolute magician . He arrived exactly at the contracted time to attend to dried paint splotches on our carpet. At first I was very sceptical that paint stains could be removed effectively. Philip explained that he employed a re-tufting technique . After fixing the first offending stain I was completely sold . He re-tufted the carpet using some of the tufts from an offcut that we had , however he could have used a few tufts from an invisible area under the skirting board as well if you don't have an offcut available.
An hour later I would defy anyone even using a magnifying glass to point out where the original paint stains were my carpet is back to is pristine condition. There is no point in posting an after repair photo because there the repair is invisible.
I cannot compliment him highly enough, he is very tidy and did a perfect repair . I would have no hesitation in recomending him for any carpet issues that you may have.

Customers can visit our purpose-built workshop to drop off their rugs for specialist cleaning & repairs or we can collect and deliver for larger rugs! Whether your rug is antique or contemporary, Chinese or Persian, big or small we can clean it. All rugs are inspected before cleaning and checked for colourfastness before cleaning commences.
We offer a full immersion rug cleaning service.
First the Rug Badger machine is used to gently vibrate the rugs using 40000 harmonic vibrations per min to release the grit and soiling from the base of the pile before the cleaning process begins.
Then the rugs are spot cleaned, shampooed, soaked & squeegeed in the rug pit to loosen up embedded soiling.
After thorough cleaning the rugs are then rinsed and spun virtually dry in our centrifuge machine, which helps to eliminate odours & stains throughout the rugs pile & backing.
All fringes and spots are cleaned by hand before the rugs are washed and rinsed.
The rugs are then hung up to dry quickly in the drying chamber before final inspection and wrapping.

We also specialise in tile & grout cleaning using high pressure water jets to blast away ground in soiling to restore the floor.

If you’re worried your curtains will shrink at the dry cleaners or you don`t want the bother of having to take them down & put them all up again, why not have your curtains, blinds & pelmets cleaned in situ!
Our onsite dry cleaning service is very safe & kind to curtain materials. There is no risk of shrinkage, colour run or leaving the curtains feeling washed out or faded! It’s much more convenient!!
If your curtains are creased we can steam out the creases whilst the curtains are hanging using our professional curtain steamer which is safe to use on the most delicate of fabrics & will not scorch or burn. It can also be used to raise crushed pile.
We can also clean your curtains at our workshop if it’s more convenient!
