My Kardean floor in the kitchen was looking very dull and tired. After a deep clean and a sealer put over the top the shine is back and looks sparkling. Whilst this was cleaned my 2 rugs and sofas needed a good clean due to recent building work and have come up like new. Highly recommend. Thank you

Amazing service - highly recommend going if you have a stain that needs removing on your flooring. My family and I had stains on our beige carpets but Richard and Steve saved the day. They removed all of the stains so the carpet looks brand new. Their personable nature was also greatly appreciated, as is Sue's (the receptionist) who always checks in on how our family are doing whenever my Mum, Anna, calls to arrange a slot. Thanks for your help, guys!

Honestly can't recommend highly enough. After an awful flood he came in and sanitised everything and gave some really helpful advice on how to dry the house out. Went above and beyond with the cleaning. Plus the value for money is second to none, other companies were quoting £700 upwards for the same service and these guys charged a fraction of that. We're now able to move back into our house safely. Thank you

I trusted Mr Winder and his son from the second I met them. (and I am normally very cynical and not prepared to trust contractors). Excellent work, a courteous manner and they charged me less than the original estimate. My carpets are so clean you could eat your dinner off them! Honest work for an honest price. Thank you.

A professional service with a personal touch.
The guys at ServiceMaster came in after a horrible flood led to water damage. They restored the property to enable us to continue with reinstatement works.
My advice - Don't waste your time anywhere else especially if you are in the East London/Essex area.
The whole team were upfront, honest and extremely polite.
Thanks again guys.

Yesterday, we had our Amtico flooring stripped and dressed by Richard and Steve. They were courteous, wore masks (without being asked too!) and respected both me and my property.
We are thrilled by the finish on the flooring, which has elevated it to another level, if you have Amtico you MUST get it dressed!. I could not recommend them enough and their workmanship, we will definitely have them back in the future.
Thanks again Guys, Laura

Excellent service - I had a carpet so badly stained I thought it was going to need replacing. It looks great now, probably saved me £800! Really lovely blokes too, friendly and chatty. They didn't mind me taking about a thousand 'before and after' pictures. Seriously looked like magic when they were sucking up the dirt, could not believe how much filth there was! You can see the swatch they cleaned in the picture, compared to the dirt. I will definitely be asking them back, amazing job.

Hard floor cleaning
We specialise in cleaning and refinishing hard floors such as laminates, hard wood, vinyl’s, tiles, marble, ceramic, Amtico and Karndean and are official aftercare service providers for Amtico International.
As well as cleaning, can revive tired looking floors by stripping and cleaning off old finish and then applying new finish to your floor to give superior shine.
Vinyl Flooring
We have developed programmes to care for a variety of floor surfaces including marble, vinyl, ceramic, quarry tile, Terrazzo and finished wood.
We are recommended and appointed by Amtico to care and maintain their range of vinyl flooring, using their proprietary products.
The benefits of our treatments and approach for cleaning floors include:
- Superior clean and shine
- Reduced wear on floor surfaces
- Faster and more efficient regular cleaning
- Enhanced slip resistance
Wood Flooring
We are home cleaning experts and take care of flooring, furniture and curtains. Floors in your home see the most wear and tear and natural wooden floors in particular can, over time appear dull and marked.
Our sacrificial finishes look great and take the wear & tear that may scratch & mark your beautiful investment – permanently. The good news is that caring for your floors doesn’t have to be expensive.
We recommend having a professional to clean wooden floors annually, however there are things you can do to maintain your floors between visits.
For a simple and eco-friendly tip we suggest wiping the surface of natural wood flooring with lemon oil and a dry cloth. The oil will bring out the natural colour of the wood leaving you with a soft sheen, reviving and restoring your floors to their former glory, not to mention a pleasant lemon smell throughout your home!
This is a great tip for natural and waxed flooring; however it is not appropriate for varnished floors.
Curtain and blind cleaning
Unlike your carpets and floors, curtains don’t endure daily wear and tear but still need a little care and attention to keep them looking at their best. If the thought of taking your curtains down and hauling them to the dry cleaners fills you with dread, then ServiceMaster Clean is on hand to help with your curtain cleaning!
ServiceMaster Clean specialises in carpet, curtain and upholstery cleaning and provides an ‘at home’ curtain cleaning service that will save you all the hassle of dismantling your curtains to get them cleaned.
We start by thoroughly vacuuming the curtains paying special attention to the head linings where dust and insects gather. Then we clean the curtain back and front the old fashioned way – by hand, closely inspecting as we do so.
We’ll even clean your pelmets, leaving your curtains restored, revitalised and smelling fresh!
If you require we can add our stain & soil resistant finish which will help them stay cleaner longer or we can apply a flame resistant finish, should you require.
ServiceMaster Clean can also clean Roman and vertical blinds.
Carpet repairs
Re-tufting Carpets
Re-tufting is mainly used for burn marks on carpets, as the pile of the carpet is burnt rather than stained, restoring the carpet to its former glory is actually a job for the experts. Scrubbing alone won’t make any difference and can actually cause more damage. Why not call Richard from ServiceMaster Brentwood who can help tackle all kinds of flooring and upholstery mishaps. Our fully trained experts will be able to diagnose the severity of the burn or mark and will treat accordingly to repair the damage.
For a small area, re tufting works well if the burn only covers a small area of up to 2inchs (50 mm). This involves taking out the damaged tufts of the carpet and either re-weaving the effected area with new yarn or alternatively using individual tufts from a piece of excess carpet. For smaller areas we can often make the mark disappear, for larger areas we can make it much less obvious that there was ever a problem.
Why not contact Richard and his team on 01268 771124 or send an email to find out more about our carpet repair services?
